Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Jessie Liang is a Taiwanese-Brazilian actor, playwright, and acting coach. She is a graduate of the prestigious Acting Program at Studio 58 and holds an HBA in Management from the University of Toronto. Best known for her television roles in Maid (Netflix), Virgin River (Netflix), Framed By My Husband (Lifetime), and Supergirl (The CW), Jessie also played Janet in the Arts Club touring production of Kim's Convenience. Recently, Jessie was Assistant Director to Redbone Coonhound (Arts Club), and her play, Surrender, will be featured at both Vancouver Asian Canadian Theatre's MSG Lab presentation and Ruby Slipper's Advance Theatre Festival in early 2023. She speaks fluent Portuguese, with a pinch of Spanish and Mandarin. Jessie can be found on social media @jessieliang21.
